A fantastic weekend was had by all at the National Trust’s Attingham Park in Shropshire, with a Bank Holiday of bee-friendly activities in our popular BeeDome.
It was the BeeDome’s first outing for a couple of years but activities, which included making bee bunting, bee pebble painting, “beekeeping”, and Waggle Dancing, proved it hadn’t lost its charm.
We were there launching our exciting new project – The Bee Friendly Skep Project, which will see heritage craft and modern art come together as a launchpad for new conversations around the importance of creating habitats for bees, pollinators and all wildlife.
Launching now and running through to May 2024, we’ll be running events over the course of the year and revealing more about the project right here and on our Instagram feed – so follow us and watch out for more.
