Self-pollination, “Bee aware”-ness days and bee-themed Christmas trees – just three of the exciting ways towns, schools and community groups around the country have been supporting bees and pollinators this year.
It seems there is no end to people’s creativity and enthusiasm, in fact; something demonstrated by the winners of this year’s Bee Friendly awards.
Now in its fourth year, the Bee Friendly Awards exist to celebrate all of the hard work going on to create vibrant habitats for wildlife. They are an annual shout out for the people making positive change happen and showcase the collaborations that are helping to extend pollinator pathways across the nation.
We our proud to reveal the nine winners of this year’s Bee Friendly Awards, chosen by our team of judges, for their commitment not only to supporting bees and pollinators in the now, but also helping to ensure they thrive long into the future.
