L’Ecole des Petits and L’Ecole de Battersea together provide an outstanding bilingual education from children aged 3 to 11 years old. Around the corner from our office at the young people’s charity Coram’s Fields, is the Wildlife Garden. We keep our hives and bees here. And help maintain this unique space in the heart of London. As well as our hives, there is abundant wildlife. Newts breed in the ponds, bumble bees’ nest in the ground, and […]
Upper Holloway in North London is on the London Overground line. The recently refurbished station had new beds created by the building work. We are hard at work transforming these. One is already sown with wild flowers. Another has fruit bushes planted in it. A third is being planted up as a rosemary meadow. And […]
Adding to our popular TFL-led cluster of bee-friendly projects at London underground stations, our team breathed new life into a neglected station-long planter.
A group of local enthusiasts approached for help with this project, clearing out long neglected beds and now starting work on a small orchard.
Underground in Bloom winners thanks to our collaboration with Transport for London staff at the station and our gardening team. The station beds have been transformed and a bespoke bug hotel added.
Our Worker Bees team did some stellar work clearing the 35m long bed and bank at Newbury Park. Once a well-tended garden, but left forgotten, we cleared out the weeds and created a heritage variety fruit orchard along the length of the station. The bank behind was already an important and much-used wildlife habitat so […]

Our floral installation seemed a fitting tribute to someone so in love with blooms. His son Andy, his youngest sister Pauline and […]
We have brought the original station garden back to life. It was first planted in 1896 and now looks as good as ever, thanks to our gardening team and a stalwart group of local volunteers. If you stop by keep an eye out for the stag beetle colony amongst the tree roots, and for Pablo’s […]
London Overground and London Underground meet here and this has been a joint project with both.
