Adding to our Derbyshire cluster of bee-friendly stations, created with support from East Midlands Railway, the Community Rail Network and with additional funding from generous donations and anonymous supports, is Ilkestone Railway Station. Here, we installed planters and cleared overgrown borders before filling them with flowering herbs and pollen-rich flowers.
