Great Bentley Railway Station, Essex
Great Bentley was the first station in Essex that we worked on with the Essex & South Suffolk Community Rail Partnership. We transformed the old gardens at the station, built a planter, and worked with children from neighbouring Great Bentley School to fill the planter with pollinator friendly flowers.
Loughton Railway Station, Essex
We brought an abandoned bed at Loughton Railway Station in Essex back to life. Built of concrete, it is part of the original station design dating back to 1940. As well as replanting, we also worked on the little pond in the centre of the planter, to attract pond life back to the station.
